CETI will engage in three primary education programs:

  1. Promotion of recycling-awareness campaigns with local agencies through various advertising mediums and mailings.
  1. Establishment of computer refurbishing programs for the elderly, low-to-moderate income families and marginally funded nonprofit organizations.  Arrangements will be made for the recipients of the refurbished computers to receive computer training conducted through local schools, university extension offices, or community agencies.
  1. Develop an alliance with university departments that offer Information Management Systems degrees to give their students an opportunity to engage in Service Learning by offering free tech support to the recipients of the refurbished computers.
